3rd Game Done

Well its done, had a bit of coding to do and learned about using arrays for background tiling, as well as coordinating saves for the map area. Did some graphics and designs to make the cars seem as real as possible, enjoyed completing the game and running into bugs that were basic clerical menageries that popped up from time to time.
