Man, what a ride lately.

Well got the all clear from the doc, no lasting effects and headed down the road with good practices. Ever look at the doc and be like, if I could smack my conversation in my head you could understand my body a bit better then what you see. Anyway, Alien effect is coming along pretty well. Some hurdles with good and promising graphics. Enjoying the time in making headway. Still some things that just doesn't want to cooperate but that's programming for ya.

Using the debugger here lately which has spawned some interesting narratives to getting the game moving forward. Like the effects and the visuals promoting my thoughts on screen. But we will see what happens.

Thanksgiving was a great success in the kitchen. Did a triple whammy on the bird this year. Dunked him in a bath for 12 hours with lime juice, Tuscan seasoning, oregano. Then I injected the bird with toms Cajun injection seasoning with butter and then stuffed the bird for the morning shift. Oh and bagged him up to keep the juices filled in the breast. Called for three hours but did a four hour at 325 and checked with thermometer. 167 deg across the breast and 174 deg across the bottom and legs/wings. BE-E-A-UTIFUL bird. Super moist, and delicious! String bean casserole, staffing (in bird) AMAZING! Mashed potatoes and YAMS a new way this year. MEGA ROLLS of course. PERFECT thanksgiving.
